All systems / components requiring repair should only be sent back when an RMA (Returns Material Authorisation) number has been issued. This can be obtained by calling +44 (0) 1202 820290 or e-mailing email@example.com.
As all of our systems and components are supplied with a serial number label it is helpful if this can be supplied at the time of the call. We can then immediately confirm if the unit is in warranty and what the configuration was at the point of sale.
Where a diagnosis of the problem has been made on the telephone, in certain circumstances, we will be happy to send out an advance replacement. We require a sales order to cover the replacement component which is then credited upon receipt of the returned item complete with cables manuals etc.
Repairs can be tracked by us using the RMA Number or the original purchase order number.
